We’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping.
Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping options, and delivery terms.

⏱ Order Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork are confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Orders are produced in the order they are received.

📦 Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are calculated by the carrier based on your location and package size.
Delivery times begin after order processing is complete.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping & Transit Time

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier.
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by HS Printing.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the customer.

HS Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Local pickup may be available for NYC-area customers by appointment only.

Customers must wait for a pickup confirmation message before arriving.
Orders will not be released without confirmation and order details.

Pickup may occur at a designated pickup location and is not necessarily our production location.

Local pickup must be selected or arranged after checkout — please do not assume pickup without confirmation.

📮 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

HS Printing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.

HS Printing is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
