UV-DTF decals use a strong adhesive and may be difficult or impossible to reposition after contact with a surface.

For best results, we generally recommend:

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds
• Approximately 300 DPI at the final print size
• Correct dimensions and orientation
• No mockup backgrounds or unwanted design elements
• Carefully reviewed spelling, numbers, names, and dates

We generally print artwork based on the file submitted. Design corrections, resizing, rebuilding, background removal, file preparation, or layout work are not included unless a separate paid service has been selected or confirmed.

Standard production is generally estimated at 1–3 HS Printing production days after the order is ready for production.

Production begins after:

• Full payment has been received
• All required order information has been provided
• Print-ready artwork has been accepted
• Any required proof has been approved
• Artwork, payment, sizing, or order questions have been resolved

Production time does not include shipping transit, local delivery, or the time before a pickup appointment.

Large, bulk, specialty, or complicated orders may require additional time.

Priority Same-Day Service may be available for eligible orders that require expedited production.

• Orders should be submitted before 10:00 AM EST
• Artwork must be complete and fully print-ready
• The order must be fully paid
• Production availability must be confirmed by HS Printing
• An additional Priority Service Fee applies

Because all products are custom-made, minor reasonable differences may occur between screens, proofs, materials, equipment, and separate production runs.

Customers should inspect transfers before cutting, pressing, applying, distributing, or altering them.
