We’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent service. Please review the details below regarding order processing, shipping, local delivery, pickup, and rush service.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork are confirmed.
- Orders are produced in the order they are received.
- Production may begin shortly after payment and artwork confirmation.
- Processing time does NOT include shipping/transit time.
- Large, bulk, or custom orders may require additional production time.
📦 Shipping Methods & Transit Time
Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected speed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Fast Shipping: 1–2 business days.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Carrier delays or service disruptions are outside of our control.
- Once tracking is provided, liability transfers to the shipping carrier.
🚗 Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select Brooklyn-area ZIP codes. Delivery availability and pricing are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and order total.
- Nearby Delivery: Minimum order required. Delivery fee applies unless the order qualifies for free delivery.
- Extended Delivery: Higher minimum order and delivery fee may apply.
- Far Delivery: Higher minimum order applies due to distance and travel time.
- Local delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after processing.
- Free delivery is available on qualifying orders.
📍 Local Pickup
Free pickup is available in Brooklyn by appointment only.
- Free Pickup: Ready next business day when available.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
- Please do not arrive until you receive pickup confirmation.
- Orders require confirmation and order details for release.

Saturday – Sunday: 1 PM – 4 PM
Friday: Closed
⚡ Rush Pickup
Need your order faster? Rush pickup may be available for same-day service.
- Rush Pickup: Same-day ready when available.
- Rush orders requesting same-day turnaround must be submitted before 10:00 AM EST.
- An additional rush fee applies at checkout.
- Rush service is subject to workload, order size, and artwork readiness.
- If artwork is not ready or needs correction, same-day service may not be available.
📦 Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping or delivery address before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Returned packages due to address errors will require reshipping fees.
- Once handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
- For local delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
💻 Digital Products
Digital download products are delivered electronically.
- No physical item will be shipped.
- Download links are provided after purchase.
- Shipping fees do not apply.
- All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
