We are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping. Please review the details below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.

⏱ Order Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork are confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are produced in the order they are received.

Processing time does NOT include shipping or transit time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and calculated by the carrier based on your location and package size.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by HS Printing.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Carrier delays, weather issues, or service disruptions are outside of our control.

📍 Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Local pickup may be available for NYC-area customers by appointment only.

  • Please wait for a pickup confirmation message before arriving.
  • Orders will not be released without confirmation and order details.
  • Pickup may occur at a designated pickup location and is not necessarily our production location.

Local pickup must be selected or arranged after checkout — please do not assume pickup without confirmation.

📦 Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

HS Printing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
