All items are made to order. We print exactly what you submit — please review your files and order details before placing your order.
When a Return May Be Accepted ▾
Returns are only accepted if we make a clear production error (example: printing a completely different file than what you uploaded).
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
- Order number required
- Clear photos showing the issue (and the full item if possible)
We Are Not Responsible For ▾
- Customer artwork/file issues (low resolution, wrong size, wrong file format, placement, missing transparency, incorrect color expectations).
- Customer mistakes when selecting product type, size, quantity, or options.
- Shipping carrier delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or lost packages once handed to the carrier.
Non-Refundable Items ▾
- Custom or personalized items (including DTF / UV-DTF prints made to order)
- Digital download products are final sale.
- Gift cards
Digital Products (Downloads) ▾
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered once access, delivery, or download has been provided.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that no physical item will be shipped.
Order Cancellations ▾
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Lost in Transit ▾
Once an order ships, we are not responsible for damage or delays caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
