• You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
• You are responsible for reviewing order details before submitting.
• You confirm you have rights or permission to use submitted artwork.

We print exactly what you upload.

Files must be print-ready, high resolution, properly sized, and include transparency where required.

Design edits, resizing, background removal, or corrections are not included unless a paid design service is purchased.

Standard production time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork confirmation.

Production time does not include shipping or transit time.

Orders are produced in the order received.

Same-day printing may be available for eligible orders with print-ready artwork submitted before 10:00 AM EST.

Rush service is not guaranteed and must be approved before production begins.

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started.

Because production begins quickly, contact us immediately if cancellation is needed.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

All products are custom-made.

Returns or reprints are only offered if we made a clear production error.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

• No refunds for customer file errors.
• No refunds for sizing or upload mistakes.
• No refunds for application errors.

All digital products are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital download once access, delivery, or download has been provided.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that no physical item will be shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

Once a package is handed to the carrier and tracking is provided, HS Printing LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

HS Printing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in New York courts.
