✅ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order with HS Printing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
📝 Changes to Terms
HS Printing may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
🛒 Customer Responsibilities
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
• You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting your order.
🎨 Artwork & Print Files (Customer Responsibility)
Customers must upload final, print-ready artwork. HS Printing prints exactly what is submitted.

Design services (edits, resizing, background removal, cleanup, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.

File issues — including low resolution, incorrect sizing, missing transparency, or flattened/mockup files — may result in poor print quality and/or delays until corrected.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork and designs submitted. You agree to hold HS Printing harmless from any copyright or trademark claims.

All website content, logos, and graphics are the property of HS Printing unless otherwise stated.
⏱ Processing Time (Production)
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment and artwork are confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are produced in the order they are received. Large or complex orders may take longer depending on production volume.

Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
⚡ Same-Day / Rush Service
Same-day printing may be available for eligible orders with print-ready artwork submitted before 9:00 AM EST, depending on production volume.

Same-day service is not guaranteed and must be approved by HS Printing before pickup or shipping.

Orders with file issues (low resolution, incorrect sizing, missing transparency, etc.) do not qualify for same-day service.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by HS Printing.

HS Printing is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or issues outside of our control once packages are shipped.
📍 Local Pickup (Appointment Only)
Local pickup may be available for NYC-area customers by appointment only.

Customers must wait for a pickup confirmation message before arriving. Orders will not be released without confirmation and valid order details.

Pickup may occur at a designated pickup location and not necessarily our production location.
❌ Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production has started.

Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of HS Printing production errors (example: printing a different file than submitted).

We do not offer refunds for customer file issues, sizing mistakes, or low-resolution artwork.

Digital download products are final sale and non-refundable.
⚖ Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
HS Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in New York courts.
