DTF Printing Terms Explained
Print Location – General area on a garment where the design goes (chest, back, sleeve, etc.)
Design Size – Exact dimensions of your artwork (ex: 11" x 11")
Placement Area – Suggested size for the print area (ex: 4.5" x 4.5" for chest logos)
Oversized Print – Larger-than-usual prints made to stand out, usually on hoodies or large shirts
Anchor Point – The start/center point used to align your design properly
Inside Tag Print – Small prints (2.5"–3") used for branding inside shirts

Application Tips for Best Results
Our DTF Transfers can be hot or cold peeled—depending on your workflow. For best results, we recommend a 5 to 10 second press with a hot peel, followed by a second press for improved durability and long-lasting wear.
Press Time: 5–10 seconds + 5 seconds final press
Temperature:
• Cotton: 305–310°F
• Polyester: 270–280°F
Pressure: 7 / Firm
Pressing Steps:
- Make sure the design is printed mirrored with white ink on top.
- Place the transfer onto the garment (image facing up).
- Press at the correct temperature for 5–10 seconds.
- Peel hot from a corner in one smooth motion.
- Re-press garment with a finishing sheet for 5 seconds.
Wash & Care Instructions:
• Wash inside out with cold water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Avoid bleach or fabric softener
