We ship within the United States only. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed:

• Economy: 5–8 business days
• Standard: 3–4 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days

Note: Some orders may arrive in multiple packages to speed up delivery.

• Upload high-resolution, print-ready PNG files with a transparent background
• No background removal or edits are included unless requested (fee applies)
• Use our Gang Sheet Builder to size and arrange your design
• We do not guarantee print results for low-res, blurry, or improperly sized artwork

• All sales are final. Orders are custom-made and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Returns are only accepted if we make a clear production error (e.g. printing the wrong file).
• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
• We are not responsible for:
  • Customer-submitted file issues, size, placement, or resolution errors
  • Carrier delays, damages, or lost packages after shipment
